One of my resolutions this year is to master the art of bread making. I've seen this post quite a few times on the kitchen section of apartment therapy. No knead bread. That title in itself just screams less work and more eating. I'm going to give it a try this weekend. I love a good french bread, soft in the inside and crunchy on top. Print the recipe and grab yourself a dutch oven to bake it in. To quote AT: "Also, the technique for baking (a covered pot) gives a delicate, crackly crust that shatters with each bite." Sounds perfect.
